Actions relating to the Gender Pay Gap and Equal Pay Audit

Part of the remit of the Group is to consider the recommendations and actions arising from the annual Gender Pay Gap reports and the Equal Pay Audit, undertaken by an external provider during 2021, and to ensure they are progressed. 

This includes reviewing the impact of actions that are taken, such as through the introduction of the new Recruitment and Selection Policy which includes equality, diversity and inclusion measures.  In addition, work is ongoing to agree a new Pay Policy, which is anticipated will be implemented over the course of the next month or so.
