University Mental Health Day brings us all together to make mental health a university-wide priority, and to support ongoing contribution to the positive mental health culture in our community.
We want to mark this day by encouraging everyone to think about what they can do to support their mental wellbeing on a more regular basis. Just like our physical health, our mental health needs to be looked after and proactively supported. What helps you stay mentally healthy?
