This is a national campaign led by the Mental health Foundation and
this year the national theme is ‘Movement’ and the positive impact movement and activity, no matter how big or small, can have on your
mental health and wellbeing.
We would love for you and your teams to get involved, have fun, promote
and encourage a positive culture around mental health and wellbeing.
So many of you got involved in 'Wear It Green' last year and it was great to see all the socials and events that were enjoyed! Now’s your chance again, let’s make it even bigger and better!
