Biography
Marjon is an Emeritus Professor in HERU. Marjon joined HERU in 1995, and again in 2004 after three years at the University of Calgary. Her main research interests are in time and risk preferences and her research informs discounting practices and empirical studies investigating individuals’ health behaviours. Marjon has also conducted research in the area of dentistry and health behaviours. This includes eliciting individuals' preferences using Discrete Choice Experiments and assessing the relative cost-effectiveness of interventions. Marjon also had roles of Director of Teaching and Deputy Director at HERU.
