Come along to a night of music from around the world brought to you by some of the diverse and talented musicians from SHMU's 'Collective Compositions Project'. The project, funded by Creative Scotland, aims to promote the music and culture of Aberdeen's minority ethnic communities, and is being captured on film for a 'making of' documentary', clips of which will be shown. The evening will include performances by:

  • Prithwis Banerjee, Indian singer and musician;
  • Noelia Gomez, Spanish vocalist;
  • Lola Dabiri, Nigerian poet;
  • Kristin Borgehed, Swedish singer;
  • You Li, Chinese violinist;
  • Xavier Ortiz, Colombian salsa singer;
  • Thai khim player Soraya with singer Saowalak Chalk;
  • Drummin' Aboot African Drumming Group;
  • Polish-Scottish Song and Story Group.

Admission £3.00 (includes refreshments); free admission for students.
