Autumn 2022 Courses

Mandarin classes for adults

The new autumn term at the Confucius Insitute will start the week beginning 26th September. Classes are now fully back in person. Our 10-week courses cost £140 or £70 concession for University of Aberdeen staff, students and alumni and RGU/NESCOL students. Registration is now open. For further details, visit our website. If you would prefer to have lessons online, there is also the option of private tuition. See below for more information.

Conversation Corner

Our free drop-in Mandarin practice sessions will return to the Confucius Institute on Thursdays 6pm-8pm during term-time starting the week beginning 26th September. Come along and practise your Mandarin skills. All levels are welcome from beginner through to advanced.

 

Private tuition

We also offer private classes either online or in the Confucius Institute. These classes cost £10 per hour with a minimum booking requirement of 10 hours. The cost for both one-to-one and small group tuition is the same. Private tuition will commence from 10th October. Please email us at confucius@abdn.ac.uk to discuss your requirements. Tuition is allocated on a first come first served basis so do make your enquiry as soon as possible.
