You told us what you think of IT services in this year’s IT Survey - now see the results online!
In March this year, we invited you to tell us what you think about the services we provide by taking part in our annual user survey.
958 members of staff and 729 students participated and the results are now on the IT Services website.
So, overall, how did we perform?
When we asked you ‘How satisfied are you with the computing and associated services provided by IT Services?’, 84% of you told us you were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’, a slight decrease from last year’s 86%. Despite this, 37% of you also believe our services have improved over the past year.
When we asked students the same question, 81% told us they were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’, a slight decrease from last year’s 84%, and 40% believe our services have improved over the past year.
