Visit Aberdeen has announced the re-launch of The Ambassador Programme under the title of Team Aberdeen - The Ambassadors. The Team behind the programme are:
- Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre
- The University of Aberdeen
- Robert Gordon University
- VisitAberdeen
Accordingly, please find attached your invitation to the re-launch at Drum Castle on Thursday 26 September 2013.
Complimentary coach transfers will operate as follows:-
18.00 – Depart University of Aberdeen. Pickup on High Street outside the Chapel.
18.30 – Pick up from Robert Gordon University outside the Faculty of Health and Social Care
19.00 – Arrive at Drum Castle
21.00 – Coach leaves Drum and will drop off at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen City centre and the University of Aberdeen.
The programme for the launch will be:-
19.00 – Arrival at Drum castle with drinks being served.
19.20 – Presentation by Team Aberdeen.
19.40 – Talk given by Rob Davidson, Senior Lecturer at University of Greenwich. Rob studied at University of Aberdeen and has a unique perspective of Aberdeen as a conference destination. Rob will share his insights on the industry and importance of being a conference ambassador.
20.10 – Buffet Supper served and networking opportunities.
21.00 – Depart Drum Castle.
