Craig McInnes bids farewell to colleagues and the University after 13 years.
"As some of you may be aware Friday 22nd March will be my last day at the University Media Services AV Department.
"As I interact with dozens of you during my working day it would be physically impossible to thank each and every one of you for your assistance and help over the years, so I take this opportunity to bid you all a fond farewell and many thanks for 13 fabulous years of service/hard labour.
"It was because of your constant support and encouragement that I was able to perform my duties well and being part of a fantastic team has made it a pleasure and privilege. In my position as an AV Technician I have gained considerable knowledge and thus I shall always cherish this as one of the most satisfying phases in my career.
"On a personal level, I have shared a special bond with many of you through various prestigious events, conferences and a special mention to the Graduations and Open Days which at times were a rollercoaster of a ride. With such strange requests as “Electric String” we were kept on our toes and I shall take away with me many special memories of our time together.
"I wish you all the very best for the future and I’m sure our paths will cross once again."
