This is an update on the work of the Reward Consultation and Negotiation Group - one of the University/campus trade unions joint working groups.
Here you will find information about the various areas relating to reward that the Group is focusing on including the 35-hour working week, harmonisation of terms and conditions of employment, employment contracts and pay scales.
The Group is keen to gather feedback and comments from staff about the areas being considered including proposals currently being discussed relating to the 35-hour week and harmonisation .
