New stationery provider appointed

From 14 November 2022, the University's stationery provider will be Lyreco.

The company is well known in the stationery sector and currently provide products to the Scottish Government, NHS Grampian and several other universities.

The last order with Office Depot should be placed by Tuesday 8 November 2022 for delivery on Wednesday 9November. 

Under the new contract delivery will be one day per week, on a Tuesday. Lyreco must receive a purchase order by 4pm on Monday in order to guarantee delivery on the Tuesday.

Please note that as we are in a new contract, pricing will have increased in some areas due to the rise in inflation. 

As with requisitions to all suppliers, there will be a £30 minimum order so please consolidate requirements into larger orders where possible.

Lyreco will be on site on Tuesday 1 November to introduce themselves and answer any questions you may have. They will be located in MacRobert Building, near the coffee shop from 9.30am to 2pm.
