The University has a stock of properties to rent in and around the Old Aberdeen campus. These are available for staff and their families, honorary staff, academic visitors, PhD students, postgraduate students and student families.
These properties range from a bedroom within shared housing through to family sized housing. In shared housing, the communal areas are shared with up to three co-tenants each with their own single or double bedroom. There are also self-contained one and two bedroom properties, and family sized homes; some of which have gardens, driveways or garages.
There are both furnished and unfurnished properties within the stock. Terms are flexible with shorter fixed periods or longer term tenancy agreements being available. Assistance can also be offered to accommodate departmental visitors.
