What’s the series about?
We’ve been working with our Media Services and Service Desk teams to create short, engaging videos that answer students’ IT related questions.
It’s a simple idea. Students send us their questions in video format, and we find experts in IT Services to provide the answers.

There are five episodes in the first series. We’ll release a new episode each week and are already gathering new questions and answers for the next series.
