This postgraduate symposium will showcase the interdisciplinary research being conducted by PhD students in themes with roots in the biological sciences.

- Pathways to a Healthy Life
- Marine Collaboration Research Forum
- Centre for Genome Enabled Medicine and Biology
- Scottish Food Security Alliance-Crops
All students within these networks have been asked to deliver a five minute presentation showing their research highlights, and a poster with further details on the research project. The symposium will also include a talk from Dr Jennie Macdiarmid from the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health on ‘Why do we need to talk? An interdisciplinary approach to nutrition for health, the environment and society’.
