A fast-paced evening of fascinating science!
Join as Professor Anne Glover, Scientific Adviser to the European Commission, and Professor of Molecular and Cell Biology, introduces a fast-paced evening of featuring the latest in cutting-edge research from the University of Aberdeen. Anne will open the evening with a fascinating insight into how the European Commission is supporting some of the most ground-breaking research and innovation being carried out today.
Leading figures Professors Pete Smith, Jillian Anable, and Neil Gow will then share how European collaboration is helping to tackle some of society’s biggest challenges. We’ll discuss how our lifestyles can influence climate change, explore the future of transport, and reveal the global impact of the unknown superbugs that lurk among us. There will be plenty of time for questions at this not-to-be-missed event in Aberdeen’s historic King’s College Campus.
