This annual Symposium will explore a range of student inclusivity.
On behalf of the Centre for Academic Development, I would like to draw to your attention the forthcoming University of Aberdeen Annual Learning & Teaching Symposium, which will take place on Wednesday 15th January 2014, 12:30 – 4:30 pm.
The theme for this year’s Symposium is ‘Learning for All’. This topic will take a deliberately broad view of student inclusivity and will consider factors including student background, internationalisation, transition to HE, flexible delivery, distance learning and Equality & Diversity.
The Symposium topic complements the current QAA (Scotland) Enhancement Theme, ‘Developing and Supporting the Curriculum’.
Our keynote speaker this year is Professor Frank Coton, Vice-Principal for Learning & Teaching at the University of Glasgow.
To view the programme and to book your place, please go to the Symposium webpage.
