Hosted by the Interdisciplinary Institute, this Interdisciplinary Research and Innovation Symposium will provide an exciting opportunity to highlight the latest developments in interdisciplinary research and innovation using case studies from across the University of Aberdeen.
The event will facilitate cross-disciplinary discussions, explore new and emerging ideas, and enable informal networking. Featuring talks, panel discussions, poster and demonstration sessions, this event will provide an engaging opportunity to explore the University’s five interdisciplinary challenge areas. Our ambition is to use this day as a platform to promote interdisciplinarity and innovation, encourage networking and collaboration among colleagues, celebrate our achievements, and shape future work. Call For Abstracts - Deadline: Friday 16th August
The event offers you an opportunity to present your work in an informal setting and to network with researchers from different disciplines and at different stages of their academic careers. We welcome a diverse variety of formats to showcase the latest interdisciplinary research and innovation. Unique and interactive formats that engage attendees and provide practical insights are highly encouraged. Formats can include but are not limited to traditional printed posters, live demonstrations, interactive models or simulations, or other visual or mixed media.
