Interdisciplinary Marine and Aquaculture Systems Network

Interdisciplinary Marine and Aquaculture Systems Network
-

This is a past event

A new interdisciplinary network focussing on Marine systems will be launched with an open forum event at 12-2 pm on 12 June in the Crombie Halls Interdisciplinary Lounge. The event is open to all staff or postgraduate students whose interests encompass marine or coastal systems, from any perspective or domain (e.g. environment, energy generation, fisheries, aquaculture, conservation, governance, policy, creative expression, stakeholder engagement etc). We aim to provide a forum for networking and discussion across Schools and disciplines, including participation in joint grant application, linkage with external partners and development of the University’s portfolio of courses that address Marine systems.

We are particularly keen to encourage early career researchers (including PhD students) or those new to Aberdeen to come along.

Tea, coffee and a vegetarian/vegan sandwich and salad lunch will be provided.
