Two members of the Incident Management Team (IMT), which led the response to the University's Covid-19 outbreak, will host the latest in the University's online series of Open Sessions taking place on Tuesday 17 November between 9am and 10am.
Paul Southworth, NHS Grampian Consultant in Public Health, and Corri Black, University of Aberdeen Consultant in Public Health, will discuss the science of epidemiology, risk mitigations, the management of an outbreak and testing.
Siladitya Bhattacharya, Head of the School of Medicine, Medical Sciences and Nutrition, will chair the event which is open to all staff. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the panel which will also include Karl Leydecker, Senior Vice-Principal and Debbie Dyker, Acting Director of Operations.
