Consultation on Second University Gaelic Language Plan
-

This is a past event

The University of Aberdeen is holding a consultation period to inform its second Gaelic Language Plan, and staff and students are invited to comment on the Plan at a consultation meeting.

Under the Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act of 2005, public bodies were required to produce a Gaelic Language Plan to assist the national effort to secure the status of Gaelic as an official language of Scotland.

Along with the universities, of Edinburgh, Glasgow, and the Highlands & Islands, the University of Aberdeen was one of four higher education institutions required to produce a Gaelic Language Plan.

The plan and a feedback survey are available at www.abdn.ac.uk/gaelicplan.

Tha am Plana agus suirbhidh ri fhaighinn aig www.abdn.ac.uk/gaelicplan.
