An evening of inspirational journeys in science.
Last year, three scientists from the University of Aberdeen were elected Fellows of the Royal Society, the premier society in the UK that celebrates scientific excellence.
Join us for a fascinating evening where each speaker will share their personal research perspectives, explain why Aberdeen had such an influence on their journeys and give their insights into the importance and relevance of research in today’s society.
Welcome and introduction by Professor Sir Ian Diamond, Principal of the University of Aberdeen. Presentations will follow from Professor Dame Anne Glover FRS, Professor Neil Gow FRS and Professor James Prosser FRS. There will be time for audience questions and answers at the end of the presentations.
