Scotland's Role and Contribution in a Changing Arctic Environment

Nine online events focussed on themes ranging from Climate Justice to Mental Health; Sustainable Economies to Eroding Coastlines and Renewable Energy - FREE - Open to all.

As part of a Research Network Series from 22 February to 17 March 2021. The Centre for Climate Justice at Glasgow Caledonian University – in partnership with the University of Aberdeen, the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI), and the University of the Arctic (UArctic) held a series of research networking events with the aim of establishing a Scotland-Arctic research network, supported by the Scottish Government.

International and UK academics from multiple disciplines working on Arctic matters in Scotland. Along with other interested attendees and organisations, met online to discuss and suggest, how best to progress future Scotland-Arctic research.
