Manuscript in Skinner's hand of the 'Polka Tempo' section of his virtuoso solo ' Le Messe' ['Le Messie', 'The Messiah'].
The accompaniment differs to that given in the version at JSS0213 and in the last two lines of JSS0212. This version was not used in the final Harp & Claymore collection either. Skinner's note under the music reads 'Repeat 1st strain, then go to Trio - & D. C. [Da Capo: go back to the beginning.] Dear Gavin Greig, please see if this is a better copy than the one in MS - the Vars. are however not given here -'.
