In the summer, researchers at the Aberdeen University’s Centre for Energy Law (AUCEL) responded to the call for evidence of the Scottish Government’s Just Transition Commission. In their responses, the AUCEL researchers focused on the challenges and opportunities of achieving net zero target in Scotland, and in particular, as it relates to the energy sector.
