We are pleased to announce the first free networking event in 2014 will be held at Linklater Rooms, Aberdeen University on Thursday 6 February 2014.
Attending the event will give you the opportunity to meet other women working in renewables industries in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, enable you to broaden your contacts in this growing sector, and to tell us what you hope to get from being a member of WiRES.
The event is open to WiRES members only. Not a member yet? Don’t worry you can sign up for a free membership.
The event will run from 6-8 pm and will include an introduction from Dr Aylwin Pillai, Aberdeen University & member of WiRES Steering Group, as well as structured ice breakers and activities aimed at getting our members interacting.
Format of the evening (subject to change)
6pm Registration
6:15pm Dr Aylwin Pillai, Lecturer in Environmental Law at the University of Aberdeen and member of the WiRES steering group, will introduce the evening.
6.30pm Facilitated Networking activities in order to make sure you get the most out of the event
7.45pm Thanks and close
