- Enforcement of arbitral awards
- Settlement of disputes
- Use of transnational rules and laws to resolve commercial, IP, investment, energy and trade disputes
- Relationship between arbitration, international and national litigation; including conflict of jurisdictions
- The intersection between dispute resolution, innovation, climate change, and human and environmental rights
