A Personal Assistant is sought to provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to two Vice-Principals and a Director in the Senior Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment based on the Old Aberdeen campus.
Job Description
You will be responsible for providing dedicated and proactive support to the Vice-Principal Education, the Vice-Principal Regional Engagement along with the Chief Financial Officer in managing their complex diaries and day-to-day administrative duties.
The role of the Personal Assistant is varied and challenging and requires strong organisational skills. Utilising excellent communication skills, you will be the first point of contact for the Vice-Principals and Chief Financial Officer ensuring queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. You will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. You will have previous experience in a similar administrative role. Experience in a higher education environment is also desirable.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 4, £26,642 - £30,505 per annum with placement according to qualifications and experience.
