Administrative Secretary (Aspire North), External Relations (EXT095S)
Aspire North is part of the national Schools for Higher Education Programme, funded by the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council (SFC). It works with young people in target secondary schools to (a) raise awareness of post-school education opportunities and (b) raise aspirations to participate in these.
Job Description
The Aspire North team is seeking to recruit a part-time (22 hours per week) Administrative Secretary to support the work of the Programme in the Highlands and Islands office based in Inverness.
The Administrative Secretary will report directly to the Regional Co-ordinator (Highlands and Islands). It is important to note, however, that all Human Resources support for Aspire North is provided by the University of Aberdeen on behalf of the partnership.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 3, £23,706 – £25,138 per annum with placement according to qualifications and experience.
