Tissue- and stage-specific Wnt target gene expression is controlled subsequent to Beta-catenin recruitment to cis-regulatory modules
Findings recently published by University of Aberdeen researchers working in collaboration with the CGEBM uncover the relationship between the Wnt-regulated transcriptome and the genome-wide occupancy of β-catenin. Two genomics techniques, RNA sequencing and ChIP sequencing, were used to produce the key data for this paper.
