Science & Technology Facilities Council (STFC) - Ernest Rutherford Fellowships
Deadline: Internal Triage – 5pm, 1 August 2022

Scope: The fellowships are intended for researchers who do not have a permanent academic position. Applications must fall within the remit of the STFC core science programme (astronomy, solar and planetary science, particle physics, particle astrophysics, cosmology, nuclear physics and accelerator physics).
The scheme is open to applicants of any nationality.
Funding: Funding will be awarded at 80% of the full economic costs (fEC) requested. Fellowships can start anytime between 1 June 2023 and 31 March 2024 for five years.

Internal Triage: The University can host one fellowship so an internal triage will be undertaken. Candidates interested in applying should send the following documents to the grantsacademy@abdn.ac.uk by 5pm on 1 August 2022.
