Enjoy a short appreciation of creative writing with a North-East focus. The event will see the award for the Toulmin Prize for short story writing presented to the winner, and will feature a short presentation on local writing by Dr Wayne Price, Senior Lecturer at University of Aberdeen. The prize-winning story will be read aloud by North-East makar Sheena Blackhall. The event is held annually in honour of the well-known North-East writer David Toulmin and is hosted by Richard Bennett, Lead Judge of the Toulmin Prize.
