The seminar was organised by the Ministry of Health and Cultural Affairs, Finland, Wellbeing Services County of Central Finland, University of Eastern Finland, and SosPed Center. The seminar was aimed at key Finnish ministeries (finance, health and social affairs), private organisations (banks and startups), and third sector NGOs who are interested in the economy of wellbeing approach, measurement of social value, and impact investing models supporting social innovations.
