Biography
Dr Yaodong Liu is a Lecturer in Finance at the University of Aberdeen. He joined business school in 2022, after gaining his PhD in Finance at the Durham University Business School. Yaodong also holds an MSc in Finance (with Distinction) from the University of St. Andrews.
His research interests are primarily in behavioural finance, with an emphasis on the trading behaviour of individual investors in the stock markets. His research areas also cover corporate finance, climate finance, and empirical asset pricing.
