... through the prayers and merits of all the powers of heaven, with prophets, apostles, martyrs etc, our sins may be wiped away; and that all who are sanctified, both spiritual and temporal, secular and regular, may pray for us so that we may have eternal life.

ad perfectas virtutes, de cunctis inimicis ad\ medicinam celestem et divinam protectionem\ per invocacionem trini nominis tui patris et filii et\ spiritus sancti quia qui humiliter et fideliter nomen\ tuum invocaverit salvus erit.
