The author asks also that he may enjoy spiritual and physical well-being, and that the grace of the holy spirit may guide his conduct, granting him a worthy life, victory over his enemies, peace in mind and body; regulating his senses; enabling him to fulfil the seven acts of mercy, to believe the twelve articles of faith and the ten commandments; and delivering him from the seven deadly sins until the end of his life.
