Hymn, Salve plaga lateris nostri redemptoris, continued
... the sustenance of the blessed, a wave of salvation, a place of rest, etc. He asks that we may be cleansed of sin and enter the sight of God.
Et grata refectio tu es beatorum,
Et pacis fruicio\ portaque celorum.

Emanavit nam ex te salutaris unda,
Per\ quam liberabimur a morte secunda,
Cuncti servi\entes hic <tibi> mente munda.

A hymn venerating the cross, the crown of thorns, the nails, the lance, the gall, the vinegar, the sponge, the spitting and the insults, as royal banners; through them we hope for the joys of the eternal crown, where there is forever peace and glory.
