Folio 49r
Miscellaneous prayers, mainly to Jesus Christ, continued.
Prayer, Domine Ihesu Christe qui in, continued.
The author asks God to hear his prayers as he heard St Peter when he walked on the water (Matthew, 14:30-31) and St Paul in chains; as he delivered Susannah from two false witnesses (Daniel, 13:1-64). He asks Christ and his angels to protect him day and night. He asks God to grant him true humility, repentance, temperance and endurance, and to forgive his sins.
