Classes in Chinese Calligraphy at the Confucius Institute are suitable for both the beginner and improver.
Beginners will start with the practice of basic strokes and simple characters and then progress to more complex calligraphy and brush painting. With small classes there is plenty of personal attention and printed handouts are provided for home practice. Once the basic skills have been mastered students have the opportunity to pursue their own interest in the field of Calligraphy.

5 week block £35 Saturday 28th May to Saturday 25th June
All materials provided. Registration for the 6 week block is via the University of Aberdeen online store. Places are limited and are allocated on a first come basis.
