Tai Chi is a form of Chinese exercise with the purpose of enhancing physical and mental health through its focus on slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation.

Simplified 24-Step Tai Chi is one of the most widely practiced forms of Tai Chi in the world and is suitable for all people of any age and fitness level.

Free taster lessons Wednesday 4th May and Wednesday 11th May

To register for these free taster sessions please email Confucius@abdn.ac.uk.  Places are limited and are allocated on a first come basis.

6 week block £35 Wednesday 18th May to Wednesday 22nd June

Registration for the 6 week block is via the University of Aberdeen online store.  Places are limited and are allocated on a first come basis.
