Nicola Horsburgh has recently commenced a three-year British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship based at ELAC. Her research project is titled 'China and Nuclear Responsibility in the Global Nuclear Order' and explores what it means to be a responsible nuclear armed state, with a special emphasis on China.

Nicola Horsburgh has recently commenced a three-year British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship based at ELAC. Her research project is titled 'China and Nuclear Responsibility in the Global Nuclear Order' and explores what it means to be a responsible nuclear armed state, with a special emphasis on China. She holds a DPhil in International Relations at Oxford, an MPhil in Modern Chinese Studies from Oxford, an MSc in International Relations from LSE and Political Science, and a BScEcon (Hons) in International Politics and Strategic Studies from Aberystwyth University.
