Tai Chi is a form of Chinese exercise with the purpose of enhancing physical and mental health through its focus on slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation.

Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) simplified 24-Step is one of the most widely practiced forms of Tai Chi in the world and is suitable for all people of any age and fitness level.
