- Who Can Access the Service Desk Portal?

The Service Desk Portal is intended for:
- University of Aberdeen staff
- Honorary staff members
- External Users

If you are not part of the above groups but have been issued unique login credentials by the Estates & Facilities Systems Team, you may access and use the portal.
- Students and Residential/Housing

To report an issue or submit a service request, please contact your relevant University staff representative.
Example: Hillhead residential students should speak to Hillhead UoA staff members.
