If you are new to the Estates & Facilities Service Desk, please review the guidance below before submitting a request.

Who Can Access the Service Desk Portal?

The Service Desk Portal is intended for:

  • University of Aberdeen staff
  • Honorary staff members
External Users

If you are not part of the above groups but have been issued unique login credentials by the Estates & Facilities Systems Team, you may access and use the portal.

Students and Residential/Housing

Students

To report an issue or submit a service request, please contact your relevant University staff representative.

Example: Hillhead residential students should speak to Hillhead UoA staff members.

Housing Residents

Please contact the University of Aberdeen Housing Office: housing@abdn.ac.uk
