The exhibition will take place in the James Mackay hall of the King's Conference Centre. All delegates will use this hall for catering and access to the auditorium which is where the talks will take place. No activities will take place at the Sandman Hotel. Please ignore this 
Sending materials prior to the event
Should you wish to send materials for your exhibition space or brochures to be handed out to delegates, please make prior arrangements with the conference organisers. Once confirmed, please send to:

Parking and Drop Off
Please be aware that there is limited parking on-campus at the University of Aberdeen however all parking charges have been waived for the week of the conference and no parking permits will be required.
If you are carrying heavy or large items, we suggest you unload your vehicle first as close as possible to the venue, and then park.
Set-up
You can set up your exhibition space on Wednesday 13th September (workshop) or the morning of Thursday 14th September (conference). We ask you do not assemble or dismantle any banners or stands whilst delegates are in the room, for health and safety reasons.
Exhibition Space and What's provided
We will allocate exhibitors a table to display any materials. We recommend you take along your own table cloth. We will do our best to accommodate all exhibitors with power for a laptop. If you require a poster board, please let us know.
Return of materials
If you require collection of any exhibition materials, please arrange with your own courier to be collected BEFORE 5PM on Friday 15th September 2023. Collection should be made from:

After 5pm on the Friday, the area will be open to the public therefore may not be secure and any left over materials will be disposed of. Due to limits on space, we may not be able to store banners for later collection.
