Research Overview
My research interests are in the areas of residential properties, urban studies, corporate real estate, flexible working spaces, tokenisation in real estate, and governance of the built environment. I am also interested in property related energy research, particularly in terms of willingness to pay for energy efficiency in different real estate sectors and changes in such energy usage over the time.
