SPSS
A software package used for interactive, or batched statistical analysis.
SPSS is a widely used program for statistical analysis in social science. It is also used by market researchers, health researchers, survey companies, government, education researchers, marketing organizations, data miners and others.
IBM SPSS is available for free on all Classroom PCs. It can be found in the "Common Applications Folder" under "Statistical Software".
All University staff and students can install SPSS on a personal computer through the Software Download Service which can be accessed in the Links section of this resource. You can download the software, installation instructions and license codes for PC, Mac or Linux.
