Calendaring for Staff & PGR
How do I use my Outlook calendar?
**Please note this resource is aimed at Research Postgraduates and Staff only**
Get more from your Outlook calendar, with useful tools to help you schedule meetings and organise your time. This resource focuses on efficient ways to use your calendar, such as importing events and week numbers, and scheduling meetings with room bookings.
Outlook also provides useful collaboration features that allow you to share information easily with other University users. You can share your Outlook information using two different methods:
Sharing folders: Giving other users permission to read, modify, create, or delete information in your Outlook folders.
Delegation: Assigning a Delegate to act on your behalf and manage the information in your default Outlook folders.
For more information about sharing and delegation, explore the Guides below.
