The University of Aberdeen boasts a state-of-the-art Anatomy facility housed in the Suttie Centre on the Foresterhill Health Campus.
Our students begin an exciting journey of discovery of human anatomy, gaining excellent hands-on knowledge of the whole body through the use of our cadaveric specimens. Students are guided throughout this voyage by our friendly and dedicated team of Anatomy staff and clinicians from a range of surgical, dental and medical specialties, allowing students to seamlessly weave in-depth knowledge of traditional anatomy with its clinical applications.
A large range of online Anatomy resources and an Anatomage digital dissection table are available to all our students. Use the videos on this page for an overview of what is expected of you in practical classes, tips for effective Anatomy revision, and guidance on dissection safety.
