Kanban-style visual planning tool
With Microsoft Planner you can create plans, tasks, to-do lists, and manage projects. You can also use Planner from within Microsoft Teams and Microsoft SharePoint.
Work the way you want, from individual task management to large group initiatives. You can choose from an array of templates, views, and approaches including lists, boards and timelines.
Features such as agile sprint planning, team workload, goals alignment, custom fields, and task history can be added so that you can manage complex projects, or simply use Planner as a digital to-do list for managing your own work or studies.
MS Planner is included as part of our staff and students Microsoft 365 licenses free of charge.
