Education and development underpin an effective workforce and ensure that quality safe care is provided to all those who use the services.
NHS Grampian is fortunate to have excellent educational institutes on their doorstep who are motivated to work to work together to maximise opportunities. To date there have been a number of joint initiates which have supported health and care education and careers. This workshop will identify and showcase some of the creative and original initiatives that exist across the partner of Aberdeen University, North East Scotland College, Robert Gordon University and NHS Grampian. It will also aim to identify what further opportunities exist from collaborations and prioritise these for agreed action. Invitees will include those involved in education as well as service based managers.
