Guidance for uploading a photo for your Student ID card is available in the InfoHub section of this support site. If this does not resolve your problem, please contact infohub@abdn.ac.uk
You are unable to return to Online Registration after completing it. Your personal details can be viewed and amended via the Personal Details section in the Student Hub.
To access the Personal Details section, log in to the Student Hub, and click the Personal Details tab in the blue navigation bar near the top of the page. You will be asked to log in again and confirm three digits from your Student ID, for security purposes.
Guidance for MyCurriculum is available in the MyCurriculum section of this support site.
Alternatively, you can contact the MyCurriculum support team by phone or live chat. Their contact details are available in the yellow banner that appears at the top of MyCurriculum after clicking the Launch MyCurriculum button on the MyCurriculum website.
Online Registration is accessed via the Student Hub, and you require a live student account to log in to the Student Hub.
New students:
You must first activate your IT account. You can set up your IT account 40 days in advance of your start date. If you have forgotten your password, please use the Password Reset facility to reset your password.
Returning students:
If you have forgotten your password, please use the Password Reset facility to reset your password. If you are experiencing further difficulties with this process, please contact the Service Desk at servicedesk@abdn.ac.uk.
Online Registration is accessed via the Student Hub. It will only be displayed if you are eligible to complete it.
If you think you are eligible to complete Online Registration, but are not prompted to complete it when logging in to the Student Hub (an amber banner will be displayed at the top of the page asking you to complete Online Registration if this is the case), then please contact the Service Desk at servicedesk@abdn.ac.uk.
